We fully realize the responsibility we bear in relation to our Customers - the quality of their final products delivered to consumers in a certain way depends on the quality of raw materials we supply. Safety and high quality of our products are controlled by the international laboratories. All production processes are organized in conformity with international standards.

Our technical department is responsible for technical audit and selection of our suppliers on the following criteria:

• Technical ability to produce products that meet our customers' demands;
• Supplier management's mentality and the wllingness to grow its business through the satisfaction of European customers' needs;
• Quality of the plant, the equipment and the production processes;
• Ability to follow delivery times;
• Quality of the latest supplies to the European market;
• Food safety certificates (ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS and others);
• Results of our inspections and microbiological analyzes in specialized laboratories;

The quality inspections are executed during processing and before the truck loading.

During the inspections our technical specialists control the most important products' characteristics indicated in the contract of supply and international regulations:
• Organoleptic properties;
• Quality of packaging and labeling;
• Compliance with European regulations;
